With Araluen Estate being arguably the most picturesque and challenging golf venue in Western Australia, whether you choose to play 9 or 18 holes it’s a great addition to your conference activities.

We gave multiple outdoor areas for team building activities, a fantastic way to develop and improve team synergy.

These vary in both size and design while being able to accommodate up to 170 guests in a seated format to as little as 8 guests.

Boardroom

 

We want to celebrate the small things in life.

Day Delegate Package – Boardroom special – $82pp
We have put together a special package dedicated to smaller groups and boardroom use.
The boardroom comes with data projection, shear and black out blinds to create privacy during presentations, accessibility to the Nespresso machine for that all-day coffee hit you may need, pens, pads, bottled water and mints.

Inclusions

  • Morning Tea – one sweet item
  • Lunch – Assorted filled sandwich selection
  • Afternoon Tea – one savory item
  • Add assorted soft drinks and juice on consumption
  • Take a break and hit the driving range for an additional $10 per person
  • Room Hire

Views 101

 

Walking into our grand stone walled lobby your guests will move past our indoor water feature and straight into Views 101.

This space is ideal for a theatre style set up especially if hosting an after hours seminar. The floor to ceiling windows looks out over the Alfresco Terrace and Enchanted Valley below giving ultimate sunlight and openness to the room.

This room can be added as an additional space to main conference room for break out or team activities/building.

Views 102 + Balcony

 

This two-tiered beauty is suited in the impeccable location with views of the Enchanted Valley below, giving your guests that wow factor before you even commence your seminar.

This room is ideal for groups that required an elevated platform for presentations. Accompanied with this room is the balcony, which is a great reward for your group to stretch their legs during the breaks and take in the fresh air and surrounding nature.

Forest Views

 

Small doesn’t mean less significant in our eyes, this space show cases a small area for an intimate training session or seminar.

You have the ability to use the decking area that wraps the outside of this room in order to enjoy the fresh air and views of the Enchanted Valley giving the perfect indoor / outdoor experience for your team.

Sandalwood Room

 

The Sandalwood Room is our largest room and accommodate up to 200 pax theatre style. Great room for all day conference and seminars for large groups. This room can be divided into two rooms to accommodate splitting groups into two if required.

You can then break out into Views 101 for morning/afternoon tea break & lunch breaks not missing the views of the Enchanted Valley. If they are lucky 9 holes of golf has been added for them to experience our estate in its entirety.

The Alfresco Terrace

 

Wanting to finish your conference with a sundowner for your guests, the Alfresco Terrace is the place to be.

Accompanied with our custom-made outdoor furniture and festoon lighting it creates a stunning location to end your event with a memorable touch with the sun setting over the course during those warm balmy summer nights.

The Alfresco Lawn

 

Our newly grassed alfresco lawn is ready and awaiting your next private event, perfect for large groups looking for an outdoor space to party into the night.

A beautiful gazebo, manicured gardens surround it and festoon lighting above. We suggest food stalls or cocktail style dining for this area. A blank outdoor canvas for you to use your imagination to create something unique and unforgettable.
